Aluminum silicate fiber cotton is made of hard clay clinker as raw material, melted in an electric furnace, and sprayed into flocculent fibers.

The processing of aluminum silicate fiber cotton is made under a high temperature environment of 1200℃, so the molded product has some characteristics such as high temperature resistance, stable chemical properties, light weight, long service life, good tensile strength, elasticity and non-toxicity. In addition to using it as a thermal insulation filler, after special processing, it can be made into a series of fiber molding products, such as aluminum silicate fiber board, aluminum silicate fiber mat, aluminum silicate fiber rope, aluminum silicate fiber blanket, etc. The application range of such shaped products is enlarged, and it is also convenient for transportation and engineering construction.

No lubricant, untreated, low shot content, low thermal conductivity, low heat capacity, does not contain corrosive substances, good heat insulation and sound absorption.
